- Attempting to connect to myGateway using Chrome will generate a uPortal error. The workaround for this problem is to use the Mozilla Firefox browser. IT Services continues to investigate the issue.
- ATTENTION INCOMING FRESHMEN! If you have received an email with subject "Your new Tarleton NTNET Account is ready - Action Required", your account has been transitioned to the NTNET login. This requires account activation and a password change by you. Please follow the instructions in the email to activate your account and change your password. Your six digit PIN will no longer work as the myGateway password. For assistance, please contact the Computer Help Desk at 254.968.9885, option 1.
